I’m Molly Evans, the founder of The Callback Club, where young performers gain the confidence, skills, and polish they need to shine in auditions. With years of experience from performing in Broadway at Sea with Royal Caribbean to working on the business side of talent at one of the top talent management companies in Hollywood, I’ve worked both on stage and behind the table, helping performers showcase their best selves.

 

I specialize in guiding students ages 8+ through the full audition process. I will help with choosing the right material to perfecting delivery, building a strong resume, and preparing professional headshots. My coaching blends industry insight with encouragement, so every student walks into the room feeling confident and ready.
